Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of SetOps.io as a SaaS platform for project management, client portals, billing, file linking, and team collaboration.

After registering a workspace, a free 30-day trial period can be activated. After that, the selected subscription continues as a paid plan unless cancelled in time.

The currently intended standard price is EUR or USD 16.95 per month unless another price is displayed on the platform.

SetOps.io provides functionality for user management, roles and permissions, projects, clients, appointments, files, contracts, signatures, invoices, SMTP communication, optional integrations, and white-label configuration.

Users must keep access credentials confidential, must not process unlawful content via the platform, and may only upload or share data for which they have sufficient authorization.

Where workspaces connect their own accounts with Stripe, Dropbox, or other third parties, the workspace itself is responsible for the lawfulness of the connection and compliance with the third party's terms.

We strive for high platform availability. However, planned maintenance, security measures, updates, and emergency interventions may lead to temporary limitations.

We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract, insofar as permitted by law.

Subscriptions run for the selected billing period and may be cancelled according to the conditions stated in billing. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions require otherwise.
