We process personal data to provide SetOps.io, manage user accounts, secure client portals, organize projects, contracts, invoices, appointments, and file approvals, and handle support, billing, and security processes.

Where we process data to perform a contract or to take pre-contractual measures, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Security, abuse-prevention, and stability measures rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Where consent is collected for optional cookies or communication processes, processing relies on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

SetOps.io uses technically required cookies for login sessions, language preferences, and stored cookie settings. Without these cookies, core platform functionality cannot be provided.

Optional analytics or marketing cookies are only used if you have expressly consented to them.

The platform is hosted on our own server infrastructure. Technical log data such as IP address, timestamps, request targets, and security events may be processed to ensure service availability and security.

When workspaces connect their own Stripe or Dropbox accounts, SetOps.io processes the account information, tokens, and metadata required for that connection to enable billing, invoicing, file linking, and file approval features.

Processing within the connected third-party services is additionally subject to the privacy terms of the respective provider.

We process email addresses and communication content to send verifications, password resets, contract notifications, invoice information, appointment updates, and system-related notices.

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purposes or as required by law. Account, contract, invoice, and security data may be retained longer due to commercial, tax, or security obligations.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consents with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
